Return window

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons, opened vitamins, formula and feeding products are final sale.

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a free replacement or full refund — just reach out with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
